Its Saturday Noon and right now as I watch the movie "DON 2", I am literally admiring the brilliance of Farhan Akhtar. Be it his Dialogues, Characters or the Style... Its just amazing to see the Quality of Work a set of Talented people have done and thus created a Masterpiece.
I don't know what Farhan Akhtar, SRK or any other person associated with DON 2 are doing right now. But still their work is getting telecasted on a National Channel, admired by Million viewers and also Inspiring many creative minds.
For me this is the Quality of Work a person should strive for...
Our work should produce results, which will be useful for many people around and at the same time inspire them.
Its Important that I work on things whose results would affect many people around.
This should not mean working continuously, it means creating Products with more Usability, which makes life of people more easy and effective.
Practically, maintaining this quality should not be problem for Skilled people. The important points that a person should have are
1. Attitude to make a product, which is more usable and productive.
2. Understand the Reach a product has... this will indirectly motivate a person to understand his/her power to bring change in life of the Users of that product.
Hopefully a time comes in my career, where I get to work with many people who will be examples of maintaining such HIGH Quality of work and I guess I will be one of those ;)
